Hilarie Anello RMT (Registered Massage Therapist)

Hilarie graduated from Brock University with a bachelor’s in Kinesiology in 2015. During her time there, her interest in anatomy, sport, exercise and wellness grew leading her to pursue a career in massage therapy.

She attended Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and graduated in 2017. After graduation she began building clinical experience in a variety of settings.

Hilarie’s approach to massage therapy is best described as a medium pressure to find and alleviate the source of the primary complaint and trouble areas. Her treatments are often accompanied by individualized self-care and exercises in order to achieve maximal results.

Hilarie has also started doing aromatherapy treatments.
